RULES & REGULATIONS
 

 Examination

 Three term exams and at regular intervals class tests are  held  during the  year of 100 marks each. The average of the  3 term  exams and tests will  determine the final results.

 A student passing in all the 3 terms exams and fulfilling the  condition of attendance as per Government Rules will be  promoted.

 

 Evaluation

 I Unit Test From 14th to 18th July 2008

 I Term Exam From 18th to 27th August 2008

 II Unit Test From 22nd to 26th September 2008

 II Term Exam From 15th to 24th October 2008

 III Unit Test From 9th to 15th February 2009

 III Term Exam From 23rd March to 1st April 2009

 No student may absent herself/himself from the periodic  evaluation  or the tests except when prevented due to reasons of  ill health in  which case medical certificate should be produced  along with  separate application by the parent in person.

 In any case the school guarantees no alternative provision for a  student who absent herself/himself from any tests/periodical  evaluations.

 Willful breach of any of the regulations for the conduct in the  periodic evaluation is punishable with expulsion from the periodic  evaluation room or if discovered subsequently canceling of the  paper.

 Answer papers of annual evaluations will not be shown. Both test  and periodical examinations (except annual) reports have to be  signed by the parent on the open day in the school, after which it  will be shown to the parents only after taking a written  appointment.

 No re-evaluation in class test, periodical or annual evaluation will  be conducted under any circumstances whatsoever.
